Tom is highly experienced as a Chair, Director, Change Leader, Executive Coach and Leadership Team coach who has worked at senior levels in international industry, community and public sectors. Tom has an enviable range of skills to support Executives, teams and organisations in achieving both personal and cultural change. He is very comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels in many different business settings to deliver high impact and added value results using a coaching and conversational leadership approach. Due to his considerable knowledge and experience he exudes a confident and calm approach in any situation. Tom has often been referred to as ‘the safest of a safe pair of hands”.

Karon is an accomplished and accredited master executive coach and consultant with over 25 years in the business of personal and professional development. She is known for her experience as an Executive Coach working with leaders and leadership teams. Karon is also a culture consultant with skills and experience in organisational behaviour, organisational design and workforce development that promotes and embeds high levels of engagement amongst the people. In her portfolio career she is a Coaching Supervisor, Facilitator and developer of Coaches. Her clients and fellow coaches often refer to her energy, passion, commitment, motivation and compassion to support them by using intuitive and honest communication together with a practical pragmatic approach to any given situation. Karon’s focus is on positive action towards empowering results and sustainable change through behaviour change. She has an ever-present eye on the whole organisation and the system. Her multidisciplinary approach offers a range of different perspectives that always places the client at the heart.
