Just what does culture mean?  Is it just another buzz word?

Culture in its simplest sense is typified by patterns of behaviour. In other words ‘it’s the way we do things around here’. This defines the personality of our organisation and is the very heart and soul of our business.  Each one of us is responsible for the way we behave and the affect that has on those around us.

Culture is the effect 'I' have on the people and place around me.
