CTT™ Values Assesments

Cultural Transformation Tool CTT™ Portfolio

Both SneddonClark directors are Part 1 and Part 2 qualified Consultants in the application of the CTT™ portfolio of Values Assessments developed by the Barrett Values Centre and now used in over 70 countries worldwide. There are specific assessments for individuals, teams, leaders and whole organisations. All are easily completed within 15 minutes securely on-line.

Individual Values Assesment (IVA)

The IVA provides insights into how well aligned you are with the culture of your organisation. The IVA helps depend our understanding of what is important to you as an individual and what changes you may wish to make to increase your personal fulfillment or satisfaction in your organisation.

The process simply asks you to answer 3 questions and select from a list of values which describe you, what it is like in your organisation  today and how you would like it to be in the future.

A detailed personal report is shared with you in a coaching session by one of our partners.

 Leadership Values Assesment (LVA)

The LVA helps deepen understanding of our leadership and its effect on others. It helps leaders identify their strengths and areas for development not only informed by their own views but more importantly encompassing advice and feedback from peers, boss, and others with whom they work.

The LVA also identifies the personal entropy ( some of the ‘I’ behaviours like hierarchy, control)  of the leader and how that might be contributing to the organisation as a whole.

The LVA flag-ship is a powerful coaching tool enabling individual leaders to not only see themselves but also see as others see them and then work with SneddonClark in a coaching relationship to continue leadership development.

Cultural Values Assesment (CVA)

Can you imagine how helpful it would be to have a comprehensive diagnostic of the culture of your organisation with your employees simply answering 3 on-line questions? In 2016 over 2,500,000 people participated in values assesmsent worldwide.

The CVA provides a detailed understanding of the personal motivations of employees, their experience within your organisation, and the direction the organisation should be heading.

Most importantly the CVA results can generate deep, meaningful conversations about the purpose, priorities and strategy of the organisation and the well-being of all stakeholders.

And through coaching support from SneddonClark can provide a road map for achieving high performance, full-spectrum resilience and sustainability.

Small Group Assesment (SGA)

The Small Group Assessment is a cost effective way to map the values of a team or group culture of 20 people or less and can identify what is working and what is not working within the culture of a team or small group.

SneddonClark use this tool and others when engaged in developing high performing teams.
