Some projects of a specialist nature have also focused on a European dimension embracing key players in a major manufacturing industry.

In our consulting projects we use best practice methodology such as PRINCE2® Project management.

We have considerable experience not only in consulting but also in leading Board level change underpinned by extensive experience in manufacturing, health, service and community sectors with specific interests in  strategy development, international business, B2B sales and marketing and business turnaround to name a few.
