ILM Level 5 Certificate in
Coaching & Mentoring

Why coaching or mentoring?

Achieving positive change is a benefit for individuals, teams and organisations that can be accomplished by coaching and mentoring.

HR and operational managers are increasingly choosing coaching as a means of supporting talent growth, developing individuals and improving performance.  Research evidence demonstrates greater payback from coaching than traditional support or training. Coaching delivers impact, success and tangible returns. The CIPD asserted ‘The importance of developing appropriate skills among mentors and coaches is crucial’ (2012)

SneddonClark approach coaching from an evidence base supported by a continual focus on the under-pinning academic theory and rigour so our successful candidates become even more valuable resources whether internal in their organisation or as free-lance coaches.
